When you pay and communicate through Subsneeded directly you are paid directly. In addition, you’re protected under our Terms of Service, cancellation and refund policies. It is easier to find and reference important booking details like a listees address, your itinerary, booking details, and other useful information. These benefits are not provided if your reservation isn’t booked and paid for directly through Subsneeded.
Paying or communicating outside of Subsneeded also makes it harder for us to protect your information. Furthermore, you are at greater risk of fraud and other security issues, such as phishing.
Report suspicious messages
Never pay for your reservation outside of Subsneeded. If someone asks you to pay for a reservation outside our on-site payment system, tell us. In addition, if you think someone might be sending you links to a fake Subsneeded site, tell us. Contact us through this form and report the message.
If you didn’t pay your listee through Subsneeded (for example, a wire or bank transfer), you may have paid for a fraudulent reservation. To get help, let us know immediately.
