If you want to contact a service provider before booking a reservation, send them a message directly on Subsneeded. After confirming the booking, message your athletic service provider directly thru your Subsneeded client order page to communicate with them until the match, activity or service has ended.
Before booking a reservation
If you want to find out more about a listing or service provider before booking, you can message the service provider on Subsneeded directly. Make sure to review the listing page description to clarify anything you need from the service provider.
To message an athletic service provider before making a reservation:
- Firstly, log in to your account and go to the sports listing for the athletic service provider you want to contact. If you are not registered with Subsneeded, you can simply go directly to the sports listing.
- Secondly, click or tap the Contact button on the sports listing page.
- Thirdly, on the popup page, complete your name, email (double check this is correct), Subject/Reason for reaching out and enter details about the inquiry in the message section.
- Finally, click Submit and await your response from your athletic service provider.

After confirming a sports event or experience
If you have an accepted reservation or confirmed experience, you can reach the athletic service directly thru your order page and message the host from there. You must create a Subsneeded account and log in to access this service.

After you have completed your booked service, you can reach the athletic service directly thru your order page and message the athletic service from there if you have anything you need to follow up with them about.
In addition, if you have any issues that you need to resolve, you can can contact the Athletic Service Provider directly or escalate a ticket by contacting your Subsneeded team.
Most importantly, we strongly recommend you take the time to leave a review for your athletic service provider.
