My Vendor Sport Account Management
After you have logged into the ‘my’ vendor sport account store and configured & customized your settings in the vendor dashboard, you will notice that you will have multiple options on the left hand side of your vendor management screen. These options will provide you the tools to manage your listings and your clients.
Dashboard Page
- Your dashboard will give you a quick snapshot of your vendor account and metrics on your sales and commissions for the month.
Orders, Reports and Media Pages
- Firstly, the Orders page will list the status of your orders and the respective commission status.
- Secondly, the Reports page will allow you analyze your listing revenues.
- Thirdly, the Media page is where you manage user uploads (images, audio, video, and other files).
Products Page
The Products page is the heart of your vendor sport account management. This is where you setup and add your listings.
Listings will need to be submitted, reviewed and approved by Subsneeded administrators. Our team will try to complete all approvals within 24-48hours. The steps are as follows:
- You create a listing that is Pending Review after submission to the Subsneeded administrators.
- Emails are sent to Subsneeded administrators that a vendor has submitted a listing for review.
- The listing will then be review / approved.
